Get ready to set sail with the kings of Jet Star! This year’s JamRock Reggae Cruise will see the likes of Luciano, Cocoa Tea, Jah Cure, Sizzla and Richie Spice all boarding the colossal cruise liner, Independence of the Sea, for five days of sun, fun and Reggae beats.

With the extravaganza starting in Fort Lauderdale, this is a great chance to step on deck with some of the World’s top tier Reggae artists. What’s even more exciting is that many of the musical titans scheduled to perform are some of Jet Star’s very own.

When the voyage towards Jamaica’s Montego Bay first left the docks in 2014, Jah Cure was Jet Star’s sole representative on board the Independence. However, as both parties continue to expand, evolve and develop, it’s not surprising that 2017 sees over five different Jet Star names cruising towards the paradise island.

Once at sea, the only waves you’ll be feeling are those of your favourite Reggae anthems washing over you - unless you make a trip to the flow rider. Although we do not have a magic ball to predict each artist’s set in advance, we expect tracks including Sweep Over My Soul from Luciano will be perfectly soundtrack the sipping of piña coladas. Though, if you’re up for a bit of revelry, we reckon the blazing riddims of Sizzla’s Blaze The Fire will keep you dancing long into the Caribbean night.
